Service Area

This service applies to hotels and accommodations located within Tokyo’s 23 wards. Additional charges may apply for locations outside the designated service area.

Airport Pickup Waiting Time

For airport arrivals, complimentary waiting time of up to 90 minutes is included after the actual flight landing time.

Departure Pickup Waiting Time

For airport drop-off services, complimentary waiting time of up to 30 minutes is included from the scheduled pickup time.

If the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, overtime charges starting from ¥2,500 per 30 minutes may apply.

In cases of significant delay or inability to contact the guest, the assigned driver may be changed depending on operational conditions, or the booking may be treated as a same-day cancellation.

Overtime Charges

If the included waiting time is exceeded, an overtime fee of ¥2,500 per 30 minutes may apply. Partial overtime periods may be charged as a full additional period.

Narrow Streets & Accommodation Access

Some hotels, apartments, or private accommodations may be located on narrow streets inaccessible to vehicles. In such cases, the driver will wait at the nearest safe accessible location.

Communication After Arrival

Please ensure your mobile phone, WhatsApp, WeChat, or email is reachable after arrival. If we are unable to contact the guest and no meeting occurs within the included waiting period, the booking may be treated as a same-day cancellation without refund.

Flight Delays

We monitor flight information whenever possible. Minor flight delays are generally accommodated without additional charge within the included waiting period.

Luggage Information

Please select an appropriate vehicle based on the number of passengers and luggage. Excess luggage may require a larger vehicle or additional arrangements.
