Service Information

Tour Duration

Day tour services are limited to a maximum of 10 hours, calculated from the scheduled departure time until the final drop-off location.

Overtime Charges

If the service exceeds the included 10-hour duration, overtime charges of ¥2,500 per 30 minutes will apply for the vehicle service. Partial overtime periods exceeding 30 minutes may be charged as a full additional hour.

Guide Overtime Charges

For bookings including guide services, guide overtime charges of ¥2,000 per 30 minutes may also apply under the same overtime conditions.

Complimentary Bottled Water

One complimentary bottle of mineral water is provided per guest during the tour.

Pickup & Drop-off

Pickup and drop-off services are available within Tokyo’s 23 wards. Additional charges may apply for locations outside the service area.

Traffic & Weather Conditions

Tour schedules may be adjusted depending on traffic conditions, weather, seasonal congestion, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
