Payment Timing

A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully completed and an official confirmation has been issued by our company.
Service Delivery
Airport transfer and day tour services are provided on the reserved service date selected during booking.
Customized travel services and multi-day tours are arranged individually after booking confirmation and payment completion.
Detailed service information and meeting instructions will be provided before the scheduled service date.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customers may cancel bookings according to the conditions stated on the Cancellation Policy page.
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and the nature of the booked service.
For airport transfers and day tours, cancellations made prior to the cancellation deadline may qualify for a partial or full refund.
Customized tours, accommodation arrangements, and certain third-party reservations may include non-refundable deposits or cancellation charges.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
Changes to Services
We reserve the right to adjust schedules, routes, vehicles, or services due to weather conditions, traffic, operational requirements, safety concerns, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
